jQuery Conflict

Hi I am using this line of jQuery in my header.php file:

<script type=”text/javascript” src=”https://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.10.1.min.js”></script&gt;

And this seems to stop the plugin from playing. Anyway to get around this as I need that code to add classes to some links on my site.
