jQuery Conflict – Simplemodal?

  • Hello!

    So I have a conflict with my Simplemodal Contact Form, or at least I think it’s with the form.

    On my site, https://www.jorgevillanueva.com, I have the SMCF plugin installed and activated and it works great on every page except the “News” link and while browsing Work categories (eg. Work>Fashion).

    Firebug says:
    jQuery("#slideshow").cycle is not a function

    Can someone shed some light on my situation?

    I’ve been at this for days now and I can’t find a solution.

    I have a strong feeling the problem lies on line 2 of my utilities.js file:

    jQuery(document).ready(function()

    because if I comment this out, the SMCF works on all pages. I’m a jQuery cut&paste master so if the syntax is wrong I’m sh*t out of luck.
