    Hello @janiebee83,

Where did this issue happen? Happened on the mega menu or the edit of the page?

We need to know the steps to replicate.

Also, can you please provide some info on the plugins and the theme you have too?

    Best Regards

@webnus I’m using Oxygen Builder plugin which disables the theme. The error appears on the back end when I go in to edit a page with the builder. I don’t notice any incorrect functionality on the front end. Just not sure what is causing this.

I have a MEC widget inside my mega menu so I do have the assets running on all the pages of my website in order to get that to display right.

The mega menu is built with the plugin Max Mega Menu.

@webnus Oxygen just rolled out an update today. After installing the update, I am no longer seeing the error. I think it was covered under one of the many fixes they included and it must have been something on their end. Marking this as resolved.

@webnus actually I spoke too soon. When I open Oxygen Builder templates or pages, I still get an error code like this.

    On a template example:
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).mecGridView is not a function on line #2 in https://mytrinitychurch.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1

    On a page example:
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).mecGridView is not a function on line #2 in https://mytrinitychurch.com/sermon-library/?ct_builder=true&ct_inner=true&oxygen_iframe=true

    Hello @janiebee83,

Alright, I’ve set “not resolved” for this topic, and this topic has been forwarded to the developer team again to check.

For now, I have checked, but I didn’t see any issue. Could you please send some information about your conditions on your site?

Have you a live URL from your issue(front-end of the error)?
Do you have set a template on Oxygen Page Builder?
Where you find the JS error? In the page or the template page?
Also, please provide some info on the plugins and the theme you have too?

    Best Regards

Actually, I’ve checked your issue, and I didn’t see any issue on my end:

Hi @webnus thanks for checking back in.
I just ran all of the plugin updates on my site, including the Oxygen one.

I went to edit a template in Oxygen and am still seeing this:

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).mecGridView is not a function on line #2 in https://mytrinitychurch.com/?ct_template=369&ct_builder=true&ct_inner=true&oxygen_iframe=true

    Hello @janiebee83,

The above link you have shared is a dashboard URL that I can not access without login details.

To replicate the issue, I ask you to let us know which MEC shortcodes on the page you have?
    https://i.postimg.cc/YqXvs4RN/image.png

Did you try to disable your plugins and enable them again and again to check your problem?

We created different conditions but did not encounter any problems.
Also, please install and activate this plugin: https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/. Then recheck your issue.

Please let us know the result.

    Best Regards,

I contacted Oxygen Builder support as well, and here is what they said:
“The error is most likely occurring because a file isn’t being loaded by the builder, which means that the function mecGridView can’t be found. The error won’t prevent the builder itself from working correctly, so you can ignore it.
I’m very sorry, but unfortunately, it’s not an error that we can fix.”

I do have an event calendar widget in my mega menu, so the calendar assets do have to be set to load on every page. Here’s a screenshot of the settings for that widget shortcode: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/11862463?key=0fc95866dd44a4e2954b375f882762ed

I think that is the one that is throwing the error. It’s perfectly fine on the front end, but giving an error since it’s not loaded in the builder when editing pages or templates. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/11862792?key=c166262e286387ae4910d3ae9df4098b
