jQuery errors

Hi Frank, I use Autoptimize on a lot of websites without problems, thanks for your great plugin.

However, I have this site, and I can’t figure out why I have jQuery problems. I think it’s Contact Form 7 that causes the problem, but I can’t delete it unfortunately. (I also use it on other sites without problems.) I’d like to use Autoptimize too…

Do you have any idea how to solve this?
