jquery function not complete?

    I am getting this error as well.
    I think this is causing the following error:

    when you fill the form, if a required field isn’t filled, it asks for it to be filled, but you cannot access the form. nothing is clickable. You have to go back or revisit the page and start fresh.

    Perhaps I’m wrong, but that is an error we’re having.

    I unfortunately don’t have a current suggestion on how to fix, but am searching as well.
