jQuery is not defined

Hi – we’re interested in using your plugin but we have optimized our site by loading jQuery, and all scripts, after the body of the HTML document. Is there anyway to have this plugin output its scripts in the footer, rather than in the header and in the posts? Thank you very much for your help! Allen
