• Hi several features on this site stopped working recently and we see the error “jquery is not defined” error listed several times in the console. I saw in another site that this plugin could help with that issue- and it does, but only if we are logged in- Logged out users don’t see the benefit of the “fix”.

Could anyone jumpin and help us solve this issue- were arent too skilled in the Jquery world

    Thanks very much

    Hiya,

It seems you have something actively removing jQuery from your site, perhaps a performance enhancing plugin or something similar?

The reason signed in users are fine is that the admin bar (the dark bar along the top) requires jQuery and forces it to be loaded.

You’ll want to check what plugins are activated, and attempt disabling them until you find the one causing the problem. You may also want to test with one of the default themes. You may also want to read more about troubleshooting in WordPress.
