    Hi,

I recognized a notification that a website could have jQuery issues with WordPress 5.5.x and WP Team recommends to install plugin ‘Enable jQuery Migrate Helper’ what I did.

After this I received the notification as follows:

jQuery Migrate Helper — Warnings encountered

This page generated the following warnings:
https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/pub/js/options.js: jQuery.fn.attr(‘checked’) might use property instead of attribute

    Can you confirm this?

    Regards,
    Thorsten

    Hello @per4mance

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
Yes, I can confirm that this has not been changed yet. We are working on this and have to find the proper solution so that the functionality of the plugin remains unchanged. While the deprecated code has been removed, the .attr can still be used without issues.
We are performing tests on this, however, this does not impact the performance of your website or the plugin itself.
    Thanks!
