jQuery Masonry

  • I’m using Thesis 1.8.5 theme and am in need of help ( I have posted on the thesis support forum but have had no response so far).

    I am a novice at coding so would appreciate any guidance from a patient expert.

    I would ideally like my homepage to be like a tumblr archive page with responsive image layout (using the jQuery Masonry script). The images used would be of featured images of a post – so upon clicking on an image, it will open onto a post. How would I incorporate the script in my theme? The documents/tutorials on the matter, are very vague on a step-by-step guide.

    Or I wouldn’t mind a layout like this site https://www.widmanski.com/.

    Which is easier to accomplish?
    Could someone point me in the right direction?
