jquery – Tabs are not working

hi,
the tabs are not working. by clicking on them the content doesn′t appear. tested with firefox (desktop pc) and iOS (ipad).

I′ve set a script-link to an older version of jquery and it works, but other plugins can′t handle it. is there a way to say to the plugin tabs responsive, that it should work only with this older version of jquery?

note: when I change it to an older version of jquery I can′t delete tabs now in the backend – so the plugin is really not working as well.
