jQuery UI Datepicker with Validation in IE8 Throwing False Positive Errors

Hello,

I was hoping for anybody to shed some light on how I might be able to use the “dateISO” property with this plugin so that I might resolve the IE 8 false positive jQuery UI datepicker issue?

For those unfamiliar with this issue, IE 8 doesn’t parse ISO 8607 dates correctly like other browsers do. From what I can tell, if using the “dateISO” parameter in the jQuery validate plugin, the plugin will make IE 8 behave properly and the date validation won’t throw false positives.

There’s a thread on it here, but of course this shows how to use the jQuery validate plugin directly, not the WordPress plugin for use with Contact Form 7. How could I get this adapted into the WordPress plugin?
