jQuery-UI enqueued on every admin page

    Hello,

    It seems //code.jquery.com/ui/1.11.4/themes/smoothness/jquery-ui.min.css?ver=1.11.4 is being loaded unnecessarily on every admin page.

    Can you load your resources only on your settings page?
