jquery ui not loading in admin

    Trying to get date-picker to work, but Jquery UI will not load. End up just having a text input. No console warnings, tried with stock code in demo for date picker and deactivating all other theme functions, still no jquery ui. Basic HTML inputs are working though. On plugin version 4.5.5
