Jquery.validate.min version

    I recently ran a vulnerability scan on my site using Probely. Probely caught the version of jquery validate (forminator/assets/js/library/jquery.validate.min.js) and kindly suggested an update.

    Currently, the plugin is using version 1.19.5 whereas the latest version available on Github is 1.21.0.
