jquery.galleryview.js not found – 404!

When I open my website (https://tinyurl.com/bfr4dfz) it is trying to load https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-galleryview2/galleryview/js/jquery.galleryview.js (check console), but the file cannot be found. This causes my website to load slow.
Is the absence of this file also the reason why the gallery is not working (https://tinyurl.com/qdf2czm – right sidebar)?
Who can help me?
