    Hi Fabio,

    What’s your MailPoet version?

    Thread Starter fmarzocca

    (@fmarzocca)

    2.6.14

    Changing the Letters&Number to another parameter, it works.

    Hi Fabio,

    Thanks for letting us know. Can you please share with us your website URL. Looks like your form validation script is missing some rules.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem: https://www.moove.it/category/blog/

    Ciao

    Hi Paolo,

    Please reinstall your MailPoet, some language files from our translation library were missing.

    Hi,

    I reinstalled the plugin, deleting files, but the error persists. You See the form on https://www.moove.it/category/blog/ page.

    Thanks a lot

    Ciao

    Same error here. Maybe a problem with italian language?
    Problem with custom html form in validate/jquery.validationEngine.js line 974

    _custom: function(field, rules, i, options) {
    			var customRule = rules[i + 1];
    			var rule = options.allrules[customRule];
    			var fn;
    			if(!rule) {
    				alert("jqv:custom rule not found - "+customRule);
    				return;
    			}

    Console reports : “NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE: alert(“jqv:custom rule not found – “+customRule);”

    Anyway rules seem to work fine, and commented the line turn to remove the problem.

    We’re very sorry guys, this fix is supposed to be released on the next version. Our fault!

    Here’s the new file for the Italian language: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pyin85pty0w6a6w/jquery.validationEngine-it.js?dl=0

    You should overwrite the existing one at this location: wysija-newsletters/js/validate/languages/jquery.validationEngine-it.js

    Thank you guys

    Great job! Thank you.

    I have the same problem .
    Get this message :

    jqv:custom rule – found-onlyNumberSP

    or

    jqv:custom rule not found – onlyNumberSp

    I have the German version 2.6.19

    Hello,

    I am experiencing this error as well on a client’s site, with the Italian only. I have tried using the new file for the Italian language, but it did not solve the issue. I have the most recent Mailpoet installed on the most recent wordpress. Do you have any other suggestions for how to fix this bug?

    Thanks.
