JS conflict

Problem 1
The register is missing even when the JS/CSS is turned on.

The “Register” does not show “Register Box”
The link goes to https://www.mika-sushi.ca/my-account/# and would not turn to the “Register Box”
I tried turning off all the CSS/JS and Save.
Weirdly the styles are still intact.
