Hi Danieliser, I have read through 4 pages of comments trying to troubleshoot the following javascript error, but haven’t come up with anything and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    popup-maker-site.min.js?defer&ver=1.2:26
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘replace’ of undefined

The plugin was working perfectly yesterday, but today we updated our DNS to point the live domain to this new website making it public (performing a database find/replace on url updating all link). We also tried to initiate some caching plugins, but ultimately did this manually and removed said plugins.

I have tried deactivating any plugins that were added/updated over the last few days to see if any where conflicting but had no luck.

Is there something else I could try?
https://www.infomedia.com.au (“change site” on top right should initiate a pop-up)

    Regards, Jason

@jstead – Appears your theme is corrupted. Is this a multisite install?

Hi Danieliser, Thank you for the prompt reply.

    No it isn’t a multi-site.
We had the website hosted privately under another domain up until this morning and as far as I remember the popups where working fine yesterday.

Its also the 2nd time we have moved the site (original time from /localhost to the network online public IP) and we had no issues that time.

Literally as I went back to the site after the above message, the popups are working again?

Strangely the overlay color had reset, but all other options looks to be the same?

@jstead – Hmm could be a caching issue, or depending on the migration maybe not all settings finished migrating earlier. Glad its working for you though. Let me know if it stops again.

Please take a moment to rate and review the plugin and or support.

Yeah, My computer bypasses our CDN caching, so shouldn’t be affected by it, but looks like I must have.

Thanks again for the help. Incredible Support.
