  • Hello @demircanuzer,

Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing.

We’ve seen cases where the minify and combine script feature of caching plugins causes WPForms script to break which results in issues like you’re getting right now.

When you get the chance can you please try the following?

    • Exclude the page or post?where the forms are?from JS optimization. Please check here for more details.
    • Exclude this script from minification: /wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/assets/js/wpforms.js

Kindly make sure to clear your site’s cache after doing any of the changes above.

And in case you are not sure where to set those changes, it would be best to get in touch with the LiteSpeed Cache support as they should be able to provide you more information.

I hope this helps and please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you. ??

    Hi @demircanuzer,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
