    Hi,

    I’m facing with an error on my website, while my flipbook is not showing. The browser inspector shows this error:

    Uncaught TypeError: i.dearviewer is not a function

    Can you help me with this problem?

    Never mind, I’ve found the solution. I used another js script source. Apparently the old script was conflicting the plugin.

    Hi,
    We had a look at your site. Indeed there is multiple jQuery used, so the jQuery added later overwrites the functions added to old jQuery.

    Never mind, I’ve found the solution. I used another js script source. Apparently the old script was conflicting the plugin.

    The user had removed the another js script source(jQuery) and it was working.
    If you know what is adding the extra jQuery, you can remove that and it will work. That is the solution previous user applied.

    It has some methods to prevent such extra jQuery issues.

    Also remember to clear cache after the update.
