JS error

    I’m unable to add/type anything within the KanBan board after installing. When opening the JavaScript console I’m getting the following error:

    Error:
    Uncaught TypeError: a.prependTo(…).board_task is not a function
    ping:1 Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains.
    https://dev.celebtv.com/kanban/board Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

    Has anyone run across this and is there a resolution?

    I’ve reached out several time to the developer with no response.

    Any help would be appreciated! This plugin would be very helpful if I can get it to work!

  • Thanks for your patience! Sorry I didn’t respond sooner – I’ve been looking into it. I suspect there’s another plugin interfering with the plugin, but I’m not sure.

    We’re going to release a new version within the next couple of weeks that should resolve this.

    Hi Jim,

    I’d suggest you to try & test the prereleased version: 1.1 in a new sub domain of your site. Hope it’ll resolve your issue.

    The current stable version 1.0.1 has no JS errors in our live & test server. As Corey mentioned above it could be an error with your existing activated plugins. Did you had a chance to check them as well?
