JS Error and calling addthis_widget.js twice

I am currently having two issues with the plugin:
this error in the console –
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘getElementsByTagName’ of null addthis_widget.js?ver=4.6.1:5and the same js file being called twice.
The following resources have identical contents, but are served from different URLs. Serve these resources from a consistent URL to save 1 request(s) and 363.4KiB.https://s7.addthis.com/js/300/addthis_widget.js
