• I am receiving what seems to be a js error when loading a specific page on my website. I have cleared the cache multiple times. Uninstalled/reinstalled facebook plugins however nothing seems to work. I can access the webpage from a different browser however I am not able to edit the page in “customize” section in my WP Dashboard. Here is the website along with the page with errors
    Homepage: https://www.olympianstrings.org
    Page w/Errors: https://www.olympianstrings.org/media/class-videos/

any help is much appreciated so I can edit the page. I am using Pagelines DMS as a front-end editor.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Why are you using an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is currently running a very real risk of being hacked? You need to upgrade WordPress asap.

Thanks esmi. I will try resetting the plugins folder and if the problem still persists I will post again.
