Js error cased by Multiple forms & Turnstile

    If Turnstile is enabled with default settings and same form is added multi times.
    The form could not be submitted.
    Console shows:
    Uncaught TypeError: h.getResponse is not a function

    Another problem is if Turnstile would not show in Avada popup.
