Also, is it possible to run the Woocommerce Geolocation feature only on woocommerce pages instead of being site wide?

I’m not aware of a default function that allows WooCommerce to run the geolocation feature on some pages and not site-wide. You’ll want to check if there is any plugin allowing that – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/search/geolocation/. You can also consult with WooCommerce Customizations Partners (https://woocommerce.com/customizations/) for assistance with custom coding.
