• After updating https://www.shannonsdeli.com to WordPress 4.4, I noticed many bugs. Slider images are gone, food press menu not working etc. After reading some threads, I took a closer look at the js files. Upon inspecting element, network shows 23 js errors. Before this I took the route of deactivating all the plugins to isolate the problem but this did not help at all. Can someone with php/js experience provide insight on the quickest and most efficient way to resolve this issue. Your help is truly appreciated.

It looks the update didn’t quite complete fully, there are some core files like jquery.js missing.

    Try updating WordPress manually https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update

Hi Andrew, thanks for the quick response. I updated WordPress manually via ftp but didn’t notice any improvements. I checked the folder and files to make sure the jquery.js file is there and it is, so I’m not sure why the file cannot be found when going to the url.

I’m totally confused and not sure what else to do at this point, aside from restoring the previous version.
