JS Excludes

I need help in excluding some Javascript files from being combined using JS combine for it affects a crucial functionality of my theme.
I have checked out this response here
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/js-excludes/However, what happens if the JS files in question have the following URL
https://mywebsite.com/wp-content/litespeed/cssjs/28692.js?0b491Do I include the path as
cssjs/28692.js?0b491or ascssjs/28692.js?Regards
