Js file is inactive in active plugin

  • Hi guys,

    I have limited coding experience. Currently my website crashes on mobile devices, it seems to work on desktop/ laptop browsers. I deactivated most plugins but activated them one by one, but one plugin; wp feature content slider will crash the complete website, so i activated it.

    Problem: when i check the developer tools; i get following error; [cycle] DOM not ready, queuing slideshow twice so i checked the corresponding jquery.cycle.all.2.72.js but it was shown as inactive.
    What does this mean? any idea what could be causing website to crash on mobile ? It works occasionally but freezes more times than it works.

    Any help would be great.
