    H There,

on multiple sites on different servers the litspeed plugin js folder is getting full up very quickly. at time 5-10GB at a time. This makes the sites unuable and reaching some resource limits.

Now the ONLY thing that changes (as per the instructions via: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-optimize/#disk-space-filling-fast

is the pixelyoursite plugin which like this post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/exclude-js-to-be-combined/ seems to be the culprit

BUT the issue is that adding in the following:
    eventID
    pys-js-extra
    pysOptions
    pixelyoursite
to the JS excludes box does not work.

On initial clear all the folder does get deleted BUT after 15-20 seconds it gets recreated again with say 10 or so files THEN over time it starts to get full.

FYI: after the initial purge we dont think there is enough time for visits on site which then generates the JS files… BUT we do have an active litespeed crawler running (the case for all the sites with this issue)…

How can we fix this please? seems like an ongoing issue….

    Hi,

you need to identify if it was caused by JS combine inline/external

this will tell you if it’s inline js code or external js files

after that you open 2 or 3 similar size JS from /litespeed/js/ directory , and compare , see any outstanding difference , extract that to exclude

    Best regards,
