    Hi
After I updated to last version Google Pagespeed tells me that the PayPal checkout JS is huge and makes my frontends speed drop by 30 points.

What can we do about this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @fredsjo

That’s odd. Were you making a reference to the latest update of the PayPal Checkout extension?

If you’re referring to the PayPal Checkout extension, the latest update didn’t contain any major JavaScript changes. As per the changelog, these are the key changes in the latest version:

    `
Fix – Prevent PHP errors when no billing details are present in PP response
Fix – Require billing address for virtual products when enabled
Add – Hook when a payment error occurs
    `

I tried making a test purchase by following this link: https://skadedyr.net/?ao_noptimize=1 – but I could not find any major performance issues. Your site loaded reasonably fast in my browser.

Can you share details of the pagespeed test for us to investigate to see if there’s something going on?

    Thanks!
