    Hi,

I’ve installed the plugin as recommended in this guide, but the code doesn’t seem to get executed. Is there anything likely conflicting? I’ve tried clearing site cache.

    Hi @happydan,

As far as I can see, the code is being optimized by your cache plugin but looking at the source it looks like you have the wrong quotes in the code for the tagline items ‘ and ’ instead of ‘ – if these look the same please look at this screenshots: these are the quotes you have: https://a.supportally.com/i/9VbXWK and you should have these quotes everywhere: https://a.supportally.com/i/CSpQRu

Please try replacing the quotes – that can happen sometimes when copy-pasting code from a website.

If that doesn’t fix it, I suggest also trying to temporarily disable the JS optimization from your cache plugin to see if that makes a difference.

Thanks man. It must have changed the formatting at some point when I transferred the code. Sorry for wasting your time!
