I would suggest checking https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/ . Those are recommended settings on the caching plugins when working with W3 Total Cache. Alternatively we are offering Professional Support and we will be happy to assist you with this issue. You may want to request that from your wp-admin > Performance > Support > Plugin configuration.
