js/scripts.js not minified

Hello,

We are facing a issue with your plugin. We are using SG Optimizer to minify js files. All files are minified but /wp-content/plugins/wp-category-dropdown/js/scripts.js

When I enqueue the file using the hook wp_enqueue_scripts it works, no otherwise.

Is there a way to update your code and to insert this file using the proper hook not by using add_shortcode? Thank you
