JS seems to be buggy while booking a ticket

    Hi,

    i installed the free version of the plugin (planning on buying a licence)
    So when i make a booking as a logged in OR not logged in user i fill out the form, then the loading icon apears but nothing happens.

    The booking apears in the backend. But there is a similar problem. when i approve the booking, it states “Loading…” but nothing happens, when i refresh the page the booking has the new status.

    Everything else works fine on the page. I also disabled all other plugins to test this. Enfold is used as the theme.

    Any help would be highly appreciated

    just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

    – (skip if you already tried this) deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
