    Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme. It will disappear.

    Takayuki, I can’t do that. This site depends on the other plugins and the theme. It would be easier for me to change to another form plugin. This only started when we moved to another server. We see about 300 a day. Why doesn’t this in the robots.txt file work:

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /cgi-bin/
    Disallow: /wp-admin/
    Disallow: /wp-content/
    Disallow: /recommended/
    Disallow: /comments/feed/
    Disallow: /trackback/
    Disallow: /index.php
    Disallow: /xmlrpc.php
