• Hello

I was hoping someone would be able to help with this.

When I run a Google Site Core Vitals test, jsDelivr CDN is slowing down my site.

I am using Cloudflare, I am unsure why my site is using jsDelivr.

Any ideas how I can get rid of it?

    All replies appreciated.

  • Hi

It’s most likely a plugin you’re using that’s using jsDelivr somewhere. Are you using the Cloudflare WP plugin?

I would suggest disabling that plugin and running again the Google Site Core Vitals test and see if any speed improvements.

If that doesn’t work, can go with the slower way of disabling ALL plugins, running your tests again, and then enabling each of your plugins one by one until you see which one is causing the page speed slowness.

    Hi Macario

    Thank you for your comments.

Unfortunately, jsDeliver CDN is still on my site despite disabling and deleting the Cloudflare plugin and testing all other plugins.

It is something to do with “webshims” – polyfiller.js, and is likely used by one of the components on the site – but is not clear what for this particular issue:

This is frustrating, is there anything else on WordPress that could be using it?
