JSON decoding failure.

I am having the issue of JSON decoding failure.
Please have a look at it. I just want to transfer contents from one domain to another i have copy of my one WP site. I have cloned it using duplicater plugin now it is on my local host n i am migrating it to another domain using wp migrate dp and it shows the following error. What should i do ? kindly resolve ??

If you can edit the theme or plugins causing the errors, you should be able to fix them up, but if not, you can set WP_DEBUG to false in wp-config.php to disable errors from showing up. (#144)
