    Hi Base29,

    Is this happening with all customers in your Help Scout dashboard or just with some? Also, do you happen to know which PHP version your server is running?

    Hey Danny, just letting you know we got this fixed up. The issue was a conflict with bbPress plugin on our site which was throwing an error and interfering with the JSON output. Deactivating bbPress confirmed it, and after fixing the error the EDD/Helpscout integration worked perfectly.
