We suspect a plugin conflict might be occurring.

Let’s first rule out any conflicts. It’s easy. Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and the Point of Sale plugins.

Now launch the POS, are you still getting the JSON error?

If no, one-by-one enable a plugin until the error occurs to identify which plugin is causing the conflict.

If yes, go ahead and submit a POS debug log to us for review.

Launch the POS. Go to Menu (Upper left), Click Support.

Submit a Support form, and make sure to click ‘Send POS system report’. Once you click send, include your active email address for follow-up, the report will automatically send to us for analysis. We will review and follow-up directly with you on a solution to fix for your website after reviewing the logs.
