    Hi,

Popup will not open on load. I have this error in console:

[Error] SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unexpected EOF
    	parse (jquery.js:4:16516)
    	(fonction anonyme) (jquery.js:4:16516)
    	(fonction anonyme) (PopupBuilder.js:291)
    	(fonction anonyme) (PopupBuilder.js:230)
    	(fonction anonyme) (PopupBuilder.js:218)
    	(fonction anonyme) (PopupBuilder.js:1291)

The problem is gone if I enable jQuery Migrate Helper but I don’t want it.

    Thanks

    Dear @pumpk1in ,

    Thanks for the message!
Can I have the website link where we can see the error?

Also, please, enable the **Debug Mode** so we can check what the issue is.
Follow the steps below to achieve this.
    1. Go to Popup Builder settings.
    2. Check the “Enable DEBUG MODE”.
    3. Click “Save Changes”.

P.S. Make sure to have the Popup Builder plugin activated so you can have the Debug Mode feature available to you.

Will be looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi, I don’t have this debug setting.
The only checkbox I have is “delete popup data”.

Debug mode is not visible if we don’t have the premium ?

    Dear @pumpk1in ,

Can we ask you to update to the latest 3.69.4 version of the plugin and check if you have the Debug mode or not?

Thanks for the website link as well.

With the 3.69.4 the pop-up works.
So I think I don’t need help anymore.

But what was the 4.3.0.2 version I had ?!
4.3.0.2 should be newer than 3.69.4

    Dear @pumpk1in ,

    Thanks for letting us know.
I don’t know exactly what kind of version you had, but the 3.69.4 is the latest one.

Maybe that was a custom embedded version with our theme.
But as the version was higher, WordPress did not asked for update.

Thank you for your help !
