• Hello, is there a way to get rid of the json files in the /uploads/really-simple-ssl folder?

They are readable by anyone and, if decoded, give away data on a website’s vulnerabilities.

I just need the SSL functionality, so I was wondering if there was way to just avoid the json files.

    Hi @brooner,

If you disable the Vulnerabilities feature, you can safely remove the folder containing those .json files as well.

Just as an additional note: in an upcoming release of the plugin, these .json files will be moved to a different folder with a randomly generated name, so they cannot be publicly accessed without knowledge of said folder.

    Kind regards, Jarno
