    Hello,

I am having some serious issues with my website. Every time I try to upload a new photo, JSON response occurs.

    I have updated my SSL
I have changed my ensured my Cpanel has correct sizes (256M and 260M)
I ensured my %postname% is on my permalinks

But the error is still occurring. Does anyone have ideas on how to fix this? It’s been over three weeks.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

I did everything above and it still wouldn’t let me add photos. However, the Health Check found this:
The file editor on this site has not been disabled. Right now, an admin user can edit plugins and themes from within the WordPress admin. It is recommended to disable file editing within the WordPress dashboard. The recommended solution is using a security plugin, such as iThemes Security, that has features to disable the file editor. Alternatively, you can edit the wp-config file as shown here.

That page doesn’t work. Do you know how to address this? Thank you!
