Judge me new reviews are not showing after changing theme

    We changed our woodmart theme on May 2023 and after that the new reviews are are not showing on single product page. we already Synchronize WooCommerce products however still not showing the new reviews. customers can send reviews however it is not being updated on single product page after automatically being published.

    It seems that you have already managed to fix the issue. However, generally,
    similar issues could occur when using a cache plugin, and excluding our CSS/JS files from being cached solves the issue.

    JavaScript excludes the following:
    cdn.judge.me/judgeme_widget_v2.js in Excluded JavaScript Files.
    https://cdn.judge.me/judgeme_widget_v2.js if Load JavaScript deferred is enabled.
    For CSS, you can add cdn.judge.me/judgeme_widget_v2.css to the Excluded CSS Files.
