Juliet step by step needed

I’m not an IT savvy, coding is alien to me and the delete key can be scary! ??

Just installed Juliet but I’m struggling to setting up the website, cannot figure out how to create a drop down menu on my front page. I attempted creating a category (or was it a menu?) called mind+soul for the front page and I dont’t even know where it went ??

Overwhelmed by the minute and motivation dropping down, grateful if anyone could point me in the direction where to find a step by step video or tutorial so I can follow please? Does Juliet or Lyra Themes offers online help?

My aim is to have a front page just like the Juliet demo page. Any guidance will be indeed appreciated! Thank you in advance.
