Jump in Bounce Rate after implementing cache

  • Hi guys,

    Weird one. After trying WP Super Cache, my bounce rate in Google Analytics jumped from about 25% to 75%.

    After uninstalling it, the bounce rate immediately dropped again.

    So I decided to install W3 Total Cache. Exact same thing.

    Any idea what could be causing it?

    My google analytics tracking is handled serverside – not through code on my site.

    Hard to comment when we don’t know whats going on with the server set-up.
