• I’ve set up same page jumps links as recommended, for example, the source:
    My Bags
    The target:
    <h2 id=”mybags”>My Bags</h2>

    Following the <h2> header I have another <h3> with no link and then paragraph text.

    Clicking the <h2> link jumps to the first line of the paragraph text rather than the header. I’ve also tried the alternate construction with the same result.

    I’m using Word Press 3.9.2 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.
