Jump to [response] on validation errors

I have a reservation request form made with WPCF7 here:
https://oldclarkinn.com/reservation-request/When validation errors occur, the page jumps to the last field in which there’s a validation error. Instead, is there any way to have the page jump to a [response] message at the top or bottom of the page?
