jump to the specified content section html

  • i have recently installed wp astra it worked very well but I am facing a problem, when I take the quiz at the end of a quiz I click on submit the quiz and it is supposed to show the result section start but it shows the end section of content pls solve this issue
    check this issue on mobile devices only.
    Note: it works fine on desktop but it does not work on mobile devices.

    I am not sure if the issue is related to the Astra theme.

    As it seems like the feature of the plugin that is used for the quiz which scrolls the page to the bottom after the form submission.

    I couldn’t confirm the plugin used for the quiz and its working maybe the plugin author might help. Also, we couldn’t verify as the right-click was disabled.

    While can you confirm if the issue is resolved if you switch temporarily to the default themes like TwentyTwenty?

    the issue is resolved with generatepress and other themes there is no issue with plugin I hv confirmed this from the plugins developers.
    this problem is with ur theme pls help to solve ,becaz I want to keep astra…
