Jumping Header

    Hello,

    Thank you for the very nice plug in. There is a minor issue with the header menu, I have it set to the top and the page seems to load first then the menu loads which bumps down the rest of the page. How can we fix this? Seems that the menu should load simultaneously or first then the rest of the page in order.

    As it is now the header jumps around it does not look right.
