What do you mean by “jumps”?

and when you click on some video, i want that you go exactly on the video in post.

Normally you’d just append the ID of the containing element to the URL, e.g https://stefanvblog.com/817#player1 to go to Saturday, but that doesn’t seem to be working.
Can you try getting rid of that trailing slash in your url (highlighted in bold here):
https://stefanvblog.com/817/ – It may be added by your htaccess file

I don’t put that on first video..
